Description: Fun, dismounted stable management sessions covering all aspects of horse care and theory. Aimed at preparing members for Pony Club Efficiency Tests, but badges will be gained along the way, so these sessions are open to all, not just those wanting to follow the Test pathway.

These sessions (10am and 11.30am) will be held on the lovely indoor yard at Trevillett Stables, with fantastic facilities and horses.

Description: An hour's fun swim session for all members (siblings also welcome!) including use of floats and swim toys, with an option for triathletes to practise a 2min lane swim, too, if they wish.

Description: A chance to try the exciting sport of polocross (a cross between polo and lacrosse!), under the expert guidance of Alice Mills from the South Devon Moorland Pony Club!
Your session will include 30 minutes' dismounted practice, during which you will familiarise yourself with the stick and ball; then 60 minutes' mounted polocrosse practice/play.
Great for kids who like trying new things with their ponies! Open to riders of all abilities (including those on the lead rein). Best for horses/ponies under 16.2hh, as it's hard to reach the ball on the ground from a larger mount!
90-minute sessions will run at 10am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, and 3pm. If you have a preference for morning or afternoon, please let us know using the Comments field, but be advised that groups will be put together based on riding ability, so it may not be possible for us to accommodate all preferences.
If you have friends at other local Branches who might like to join you, please invite them along - this rally is open to all Area 16 members.

Any queries arising in the course of the event relating to scoring or other aspects of the competition must be submitted for resolution on the day via an official Query Form, which will be made available at the event.

Each competitor must report to the warm-up arena for a tack check 20 minutes prior to their allotted time.
